I sought, and obtained, information about the necessity and risks of a yellow fever vaccination. The information was speedily obtained enabling me to decide and receive the vaccine within days.
The Killay location was convenient and it was a very pleasant environment.
I was put at ease and likely side effects explained (although I have not experienced any thusfar).
The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful , took time explaining everything to me, making sure I understood how to use everything. The appointment was timed perfectly, it was not rushed. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable. I will certainly be using this chemist again .
Ear wax removal services at Lorimer's Pharmacy in Morningside are excellent. I used to have troublesome build up of wax, with expensive removal processes from time to time. Now I pop in every 3 months for a check, do simple maintenance, and I only need that few minutes to keep my hearing good. Simple, quick, friendly - and now only needing more serious removal very rarely. Excellent.
Filling in the online booking was quick and easy.
That was 2 weeks ago and yet I still haven't received any correspondence from the GP surgery, based on previous experience I think this is probably due to the poor performance of the GP's and probably nothing to do with Pharmadoctor hence the 3 stars.

I believe I am providing feedback on my experience with the flu vaccination. I initially completed an online questionnaire, only to answer the same questions again during my visit. The pharmacist was friendly and first checked my blood pressure, which was elevated due to the very tight sleeve. They needed to report this reading to my doctor, requiring monitoring for four days. The pharmacist also offered me a 24-hour monitor, which I accepted. My only complaint was that the equipment I had to wear had an unpleasant odor. The vaccination itself went well, and I experienced no side effects.
