What followed was a classic *bait-and-switch scam* disguised as a legitimate operation.* The order was *blocked and rejected by my country’s customs* after involvement from the Ministry of Health.* On *21 August, the package was **returned to the sender country*. This is confirmed with tracking (#LR319722330NL) and official documentation from my local courier (which I’ve retained).* I contacted PharmaQo to request either a *reshipment or refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they **blamed me*, claiming my address was incorrect — which was categorically false.* I provided proof from the local courier stating the issue was *customs-related*, not address-related. Despite this, they refused to take any responsibility.* When I showed them the item had arrived back in the Netherlands under PostNL, they *still refused to act*.* After exhausting every excuse, they sent me a final message: *no refund, no reshipment, and veiled threats if I tried to post a review*, claiming they would defend themselves with “thousands of satisfied customers.”This behavior is *deceptive and unethical.
