When I reviewed my Statement from July I found the company had overcharged me by £5.50. Not a lot but a simple thing to rectify. My invoice stated that I had been charged £125.96 and this was the grand total. In fact, they charged me £131.46 instead. I contacted them 3 times since August and haven't heard a thing. They say on their website that they will contact immediately, so I should have expected a call or email from them. Neither happened and they still haven't been in touch. I emailed them each time through their site so no reason not to contact. I paid through PayPal and will contact them now. I have my copy of the Grand Total invoice so it should be simple. It appears this will be simpler than contacting the company for the excess money they took from my account.
