I had a disappointing experience regarding the service and delivery aspects. They accept orders but when items are unavailable, they mislead customers by indicating that the product is out for delivery, even though that’s not the case. I received notifications claiming that the delivery person tried to deliver but couldn’t due to my absence, which has occurred multiple times. It would be more beneficial to order from local vendors or other online platforms that offer better and clearer service. Additionally, the support team is far from satisfactory, often providing misleading information based on their scripts. A significant thumbs down to the entire team for the poor service and lack of customer satisfaction.
