They advertise a delivery timeframe of 2-3 days, but once the purchase is made, they extend the delivery period to over 10 days, leaving customers with no recourse. Their business practices are utterly disgraceful. In a different legal environment, they would face serious consequences, but due to the weak judicial system here, we are left to cope with their deceptive practices.
