Starting and continuing the GLP-1 program has been one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I started out at 174 pounds and hit my target weight of 130 within roughly 14 months. I was sidelined for a period of time with a lumbar fusion. That being said my neuro surgeon indicated losing this weight was by far the best thing I could have done by eliminating the excess weight sitting on top of joints in my lower spine. I also have been able to discontinue the blood pressure medication prescribed and my thyroid level is not teetering all over the place any longer I feel better I look better I have a good solid eating routine along with some exercise.
