I was generally happy with my remotes. But recently, while djing signal would drop off and on. Reached out to the team, they responded within 24hrs. Didn't ask 1 question about my purchase or warranty. They immediately helped trouble shoot the problem. Turns out the USB cord grew old. They suggested a quick temporary fix so not to miss any dj time, then immediately sent new replacements. In an era where integrity, and principles seem lost, competent business with character stands out big. Will not hesitate to purchase or recommend Phase in the future.
