However, there was a minor hiccup when the initial setup revealed a need for additional trench to be dug in order for Internet connectivity, to allow required real time monitoring.This added a small cost, which was frustrating since it wasn’t flagged earlier. After a few emails and calls to their credit, Phase agreed it was their mistake and covered this cost.
