Phase Energy installed solar panels to 2 properties 25th February 2025. * Multiple problems remain following 1 no show & 2 other visits by their Head Engineer.* 2 fire risks + 30kg unsecured battery at one property* Neither battery ever connected to either house.* Installations never tested.* No information/booklet left with instructions regarding servicing etc for battery. * Breaches of their obligations as laid out within their contract + those in the HIES Code of Conduct.There appears to be no governing body interested in holding this company to account.Yes, they have agreed to covering the costs of all the remedial work required to bring this installation up to the required standard - and finally work!This had been, and is continuing to be, an absolute nightmare!Annie Bullock, Devon
