Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to finishing the installation I couldn't fault Jessie and the team. I had a family bereavement after the survey was undertaken and they gave me the space and time to deal with that before making contact again. All my questions were answered before the installation - and I had quite a few! Jessie even came out especially to undertake a site visit to help understand my expectations. On the installation day the entire team worked incredibly efficiently and got the job completed in a morning. Every aspect was completed neatly and the equipment positioned exactly where I had requested. Jessie even commissioned a separate worker to come and remove and subsequently replace slabs so that cabling could be hidden by running underneath. Since then Jessie has made himself available to promptly respond to further questions from me about how best to use the app. He had previously told me but I just needed reminding. Phase Energy also provided a helpful 'cheat sheet' to set out key features. I became an avid viewer of the app, keen to review our energy generation, usage and export. More recently I simply note how much I spend on my electricity bill each day. Occasionally it is one or two pennies more than the standing charge! Thank you Phase Energy. I just wish I'd done this sooner. If there was one thing I might have changed it would possibly be to have got a bigger battery from the outset. However, the one we have stores more than enough to provide all we need overnight and I am aware that I can add another battery at any time.
