Initial contact and survey was perfect and couldn’t fault. Explained everything to me clearly and asked me what I want to achieve from my solar install. Unfortunately from there on it went down hill. Quote arrived and accepted. Deposit paid and install date set. Wasn’t informed of when scaffolding would be arriving until the day before the verbal install day, I contacted to check it was still happening as had nothing in writing to confirm. Scaffolding was erected, guys came to install the panels on the roof the next day (can’t fault the 2 guys that turned up) but was told the electrician would not be coming and would be delayed by a day. That’s fine these things happen next day arrives and a phone call to say the electrician won’t be arriving again (2 days of work I had to miss). 3rd day electrician arrives and completed the install. Placing the batteries where I wanted them but blocking an outdoor socket in the process, rather than mounting the battery 2 inches higher to clear the socket or moving the socket an inch. Installation was completed. No completion pack sent and I had to constantly chase for it. To be told every time I contacted that it would be with me “tomorrow” giving different excuses each time. Nearly 2 months later at it finally arrived. Certainly doesn’t feel me with confidence to use again in the future.
