I just had my annual vacuum service done on my Dyson DC24 Root Cyclone upright, and Ross from PHC absolutely exceeded expectations. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Dyson system. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out a couple of small issues before they became big problems, and made sure everything was running at peak performance before he left.My vacuum now works better than the day it was bought—seriously! The suction is fantastic, the roller is smooth, and it feels brand-new again. It’s clear that Ross takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering top-tier service.If you need any maintenance or repairs on your Dyson, I can’t recommend Ross enough.
