I wouldn’t use this company ever again, I wanted my old small ball Dyson hoover repaired and was prepared to pay for parts. I gave the company the model and serial number of the hoover and when the engineer arrived he said we can’t get parts for that anymore. He then proceeded to work on my functioning Dyson and blew the motor. I was left with 2 faulty hoovers and they still expected me to pay for the call out charge which I refused. They hounded me for the payment and even passed my details to a debt collection agency. As this was worrying me so much I decided to pay the call out charge just to get rid of them. I really wouldn’t use this company they are rude and threatening.
