I had the pleasure of once again using Letitia Smith of Phenomenal Moments Travel for a girl's trip to Tulum to celebrate a birthday. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites which was cool because a rooms were swimouts. She made the experience a great one ecen though there was a mix-up with our reservation - she was never more than a text or phone call away.
