I don't understand why the company portrays itself as 'compassionate'—that word is the furthest from my mind. While they claim to be a dedicated service for deceased account management, they behave more like aggressive debt collectors. They are slow, inefficient, and often rude, lacking any real understanding of their commitments. It's shocking that such an organization can operate when it's clear that the well-being of individuals is not their priority. Even in moments of bereavement, they continue to press for payment without addressing concerns. A better grasp of the executor's limitations would be beneficial, but I doubt they care. They seem to be just another jobsworth in a saturated service industry.
