My partner made a recent purchase and it was the wrong grill as I wanted one with all cooking grill, not a cooking grill/griddle mix.Customer Service worked with me to purchase an extra grill and the flame tamers to make it the grill I wanted even though this is not something they normally do.I had excellent communication throughout. Customer Service was even the one to follow up with me. They were waiting for the parts to be restocked and gave me a timeline and when they came in, they were sure to email me to make sure I still wanted to purchase.It was truly a great experience.
