I have been with the service since July 2025, using monjoro-5, and I've made significant changes to my eating habits. I've lost 5 stone, going from 16 stone to 11 stone, with one more stone to lose before I can maintain my goal. I ordered on Friday and was informed on Monday that I needed to send in pictures of myself, which was never required before. Today, I was told my next purchase of 5 was not approved, and they won’t provide any reasons for this decision. I’ve experienced no side effects, and my health has improved, with lower blood pressure. I initially aimed to reach 10 stone, so I’m baffled as to why the company isn’t supporting my goals. I’m quite upset that they won’t explain the denial. In the past, I ordered from another company for a better deal, which I hope doesn’t affect my current situation, as many people do the same to save money. Now, I’m told I can’t reapply for 6 months and need to consult my doctor for alternatives, which I don’t want. I appreciate the lack of feedback and support when I’m trying to reach my goals.
