I was quite anxious due to my recent diagnosis of atrial fibrillation and needing an echo much sooner than the usual service could provide. The doctor was exceptionally thorough, clear, professional, and kind, displaying a perfect bedside manner which is crucial when someone feels vulnerable and scared. He reassured me and explained everything so clearly, which my partner and I truly appreciated. His time and attention to detail regarding my history, medication, and symptoms were remarkable. He used language that was easy to understand, making it much clearer to grasp what was happening with my heart. Overall, a great experience... I will return for future monitoring of my condition. ❤️ Thank you so much to the doctor and all the polite and helpful team... even the booking process (messaging via a popular app is absolutely fantastic) made this experience pleasant when dealing with serious health matters.
