Run. Don't walk away from this poor example of a Sleep Inn property. The hotel has been "under construction" for a long time. Our room was still under construction as there was no toilet paper dispenser and there was only one light bulb in the bedside lamp. The worst was the shower. No pressure and it was obvious that they hadn't connected the cold water feed to the shower as searing hot water was only available. I'm guessing 108+ degrees. If you search "shower" on their reviews you'll find I wasn't alone with this issue! I couldn't stand in it and it didn't change any no matter the position of the shower control. I informed the front desk help and asked for another room to shower in the morning and there wasn't one available. So my friend and I washed up in the sink. I told the front desk that I wasn't happy and would like a refund. I left my information for the manager to call me many times over the next few days. No call. Ever. In fact they obviously have caller ID and now they don't even answer my calls. Roxanne who works the front desk confirmed that she has to deal with issues like these on a daily basis. Thank you Roxanne for your help. I contacted Choice Hotels corporate offices and they apologized for our unfortunate stay and was offered points as compensation. I have my bank fighting the charges so we'll see what happens. Its a shame management there is just happy to take your money and even when the facilities are beyond sub par. The fact that Nick or Jack the manager can't call you back tells you how poor this hotel is being run. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here!!
