My neighbor was having pipes installed on the road, and the workers decided it was acceptable to dump concrete and rubble in our garden. When I called to complain, they initially saw no issue until I mentioned I had no contract with them, thus they were breaking the law. It seems they believe they can dispose of their waste on private property. Perhaps if they hired professionals, there would be fewer complaints. A disgraceful company lacking morals and respect for others' property.
