I was struggling to get a plumber. My boiler had stopped working and i had no heating or hot water.I rang phoenix. I spoke to Mike who told me they had no availability at the moment but he said he would call me the following morning. However, he rang me back and he thought he knew what the problem might be and ask if he could talk me through how to check. He talked my son through it and wow everything started working.Mike dident have to do that but he was great and patient.
