I encountered difficulties in finding a clear client handbook. It appears there are two separate websites linked to the organization: one from a review platform and another that also includes reviews along with a client handbook. Both sites list different email addresses, leading to confusion as I tried to identify the right contact for a care package inquiry. I'm still unsure which email or contact method is correct, and I hope the organization can provide clarity for future users. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes of improving clarity for others.
