It seems there are two distinct websites associated with the organization: one linked from a review platform, and another that features reviews and includes a client handbook. Each site provides different email addresses, creating confusion while trying to determine the correct contact for a care package inquiry. I'm still uncertain about which email or contact method is accurate, and I hope the organization can clarify this for future users. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes of enhancing clarity for others.
