The item came in a dirty box and some of the connectors were also dirty. I complained and they said was done in the post! How does an inner box get dirty! It put me off so asked to return it. Just kept saying you have a 100 days to try it and completely ignored the return.I cleaned the unit and thought I would try it. You can’t actually see how much water is in the bottom canister so if that’s full and you put more water in the top that’s empty it starts to leak from the middle join. So you would have to keep lifting the top to see how much water is on it. I wouldn’t recommend it!
