I been with Phone.com for almost a year now and have had issue after issue with phone.com. The service have never worked correctly from day one. I have lost a customers because of their service. Call screening never work. Press one and it hangs up on caller. Call forwarding never worked same issue as above press one to accept call and call drops. I called tech support and they can never resolve the problem. If you value your business don't sign up with them (Phone.com)
