The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order never arrived and I cannot get into contact with anyone. My only option is to speak with an AI bot that informs me that they cannot connect me with a real person right now, but they will flag my call as URGENT and someone will call me back within 24-48 hours...that was 5 weeks ago. Please choose a different company if you are wanting to purchase a refurbished phone as I am nearly $1000 out of pocket and I cannot get in contact with anyone! They have literally stolen my money! There are many businesses out there who do the same - choose one of them - Phonebot cannot be trusted.
