No at the moment NOT HAPPY JAN with the LACK OF service SHOCKING COMMUNICATION!!
The phone has been sent to the billing address instead of a different delivery address whic has been entered in correcting paid by the invoicing department and I paid for express last Friday 13 March. It is now 18 March and still don't have the mobile, however it says on the tracking coming today....lets wait and see the tracking said yesterday as well.
Have reached out by email and on whats app first time for not receiving confirmation email or invoice on Friday at all and I had to chase that up.
I ended speaking with Ryan who was very helpful via whats app but at the time I did not check the delivery address which is on me but I did not think that it would have been entered incorrectly in thr first place....
Im over the whole damn situation ESPECIALLY THE NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING INSTEAD OF SOME DUMB AI SYSTEM...THEY MIGHT THINK THEY ARE ALL UP THERE LEADER IN THE FIELD AND ALL THAT BUT REALLY,...ITS EMBARRASSING FOR YOUR COMPANY, MARK MY WORDS YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS, IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COME TO, HONESTLY IF YOU DONT LAUGH YOU WILL CRY.....
