Once received they offer a woolly reason why your phone they cannot pay you the quote offered (mine had been charged too many times!) - not sure what is expected from a used phone. They then offer a far lower quote - from £300 to £100 and gradually increase this in the hope that you accept to avoid the hassle of having to sell your phone elsewhere.
