I left a poor review after receiving a lower price for my phone, they have called me and after discussing have agreed to pay me a closer price to what I initially expected. It’s not the full original price it’s half way between what I wanted and what they offered. I’m pleased that they sorted this out as I didn’t want the hassle of having to sell my phone again. ———————————————————-Disgusting I agreed to sell my excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro for a price of £255. I paid to send it recorded delivery so that I could make sure it got there. I today have received an email offering me £80!!!!! What a joke. They are saying that the battery is poor and therefore they can only give me £80!!! It’s an absolute joke!!! I tried to call them but I can’t get through and there is no facility to leave a message. Do NOT use this company they are complete jokers!!!
