Had a price of £335 to trade in my iPhone 14 once they had received it they said that there were problems with it a revised the price to £190. They said there was damage to the back camera and that the microphone had problems. I email and asked them to send it back to me as I didn’t agree with what they were saying and I had taken pictures and a video before I posted. I received a phone call which he then revised the price to £223 I told him I had already sent it to another company that had offered £300 and that I hadn’t accepted so asked him to just return it. He WhatsApped me some pictures while I was on the phone when I questioned if it was even my phone he sent me a video that was my phone but did show me the apparent damage to the camera.i told him again just to return it to me to then be told that I needed to pay £10 to have it returned so he could offer me £290 and then I wouldn’t have to pay for the return so I would get the £300 the other company had offered. I asked him again to just return it to me he asked if I was willing to loose the sale over £10 when I refused as it was the same as the other company had offered I told him I hasn’t accepted the other companies offer as I wasn’t happy with it as the phone was in great condition so I would just have the phone returned. He then said he would send me the bank details for me to send the £10 and to message him when I had done it. I sent the £10 and messaged and received a call from him a couple of minutes later to say that in the meantime his manager had agreed for him to “take the hit on it “ and give me £330 and my £10 back. I agreed as I couldn’t be done with the hassle of sending it to someone else and it was now only £5 of the original price, if my phone was in the condition they stated why would they now agree to pay me nearly the full price when I was even paying the return postage. So be aware that this could happen if you use this company. I got what I wanted in the end but wouldn’t use them again.
