I was offered £621 via an online comparison website and the phone was received on Tuesday 10th - I then got a counter offer of £370 on the Wednesday.Fair enough, it isn't meant to be, so I rejected it and asked for the phone to be returned.Thursday I received a call from this company offering to give me more money but not £600 so I said no please send my phone back.Then today I got another call from one of the managers who explained more about their processes and how things can be confused by the comparison sites as they don’t give enough detail about the condition requirements. He was very kind and human about it and helped me better understand the situation. Not ideal that I wasn’t able to sell my phone but these things happen and the company were great in how they reacted and treated me.
