They pointed out potential microphone degradation due to wear and tear, even mentioning possible issues from shower use – something I hadn't considered as I hadn't noticed any problems before sending it. Impressively, they offered to absorb the labor costs and added an extra £27 to the revised offer to improve my experience. Overall, their service has been excellent.
