I agree with all that has been said previously. After what I thought was a one off payment of £0.50p to help a friend find his lost phone and which did not work, I found I was being charged £29.95 each month. I was unable to log in to my account, which I was not aware of having and all attempts to change the password were unsuccessful. I telephoned the help desk which was a recorded message and their mail box was full. I e-mailed but, so far, have received no reply.I contacted my credit card provider, Barclaycard, who were very helpful and agreed to refund the charge and block any future transactions.
