I'm quite disappointed with this service. I ordered a photobook believing it would arrive quickly since it was marketed as a local company. However, it ships from outside the country, which wasn't clear at all. I chose this service over cheaper alternatives, expecting faster shipping, but it took much longer than anticipated. They also display a local address, which is misleading. I will not order again. Update: I placed my order weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. Customer service has only offered store credit, which isn't helpful. This experience confirms that I won't be using this service again.
