My photo book arrived with a damaged cover. Extremely disappointing as it is completely avoidable . The book was shipped in a regular brown envelope without any padding or bubble wrap to protect the book, so it was most likely damaged in transit. Although customer service did agree to send me a new book (not yet received), it does not help the fact that it was supposed to be a present for my parents and now it is late. Other than the damage, I was also disappointed with the paper upgrade to Felix Schoeller E-photo Lustre 190 with ColorUp. I compared this book to a book that I previously order from Photobook Canada - I did not see any obvious improvement in the quality of the print so I feel like it is a money grab. I would NOT recommend at all. Based on this recent purchase, not sure if I would order from Photobook Canada again - Price has gone up significantly and quality is not the same as before
