This is the worst photo book company. Bought the vouchers to make the school yearbook. There are major issues with the online editor. I prep the files as I normally would (I am a graphics/tech person). When I uploaded my file, it became cropped and blurred. I spent hours and hours trying to figure this out. Their tech support first response was you HAVE to use the online editor to create. But what about “upload your own design”? After many exchanges and when I requested for a refund because there is no way I can make the images to load without blurring. Then I am told it will always appear blurred and will print out fine. Whatever…. Who would move it forward to print when everything appears blurred?!I uploaded the same file to three other online photobook makers, all without a problem. So clearly photobook is asking everyone to buy vouchers and then you can’t even use their service and will not get a refund either due to their policy.
