I ordered pictures from this company expecting delivery in 2 days. over 2 weeks later they have still not arrived. I have emailed on many occasions but they still say that they have posted them.
if this was the case then they could have contacted their curriers to ask for proof of delivery.
I have been very respectful with them and asked them to refund the difference ce between the packedge i chose for hard copies and the electronic version the have provided however they don’t accept this and won’t contact their curriers for proof. This in my mind throws doubt that they ever did.
All they have done is attach the photographs i took to an email.
This is not the sort of company I want to deal with and ask anyone who is considering using the. is to think again you won’t get the service they promote.
