This company is untrustworthy. I used photo bucket years ago. That being said I agree with the others in the aspect of continuous emails to me about my account being deactivated. Upon trying to retrieve my photos from photo bucket company I was unable to retrieve them unless I was willing to pay a ridiculous amount of money to them to do so. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PHOTO BUCKET TO ANYONE. I feel a mass lawsuit is in order and when it takes place I will definitely be in it. I recommend to anyone who is responding with same and or similar issues with above said PHOTO BUCKET, I recommend saving all aspects of communication ie; emails and any other attempts to rectify this issue/problem for a mass lawsuit as I’m sure it will follow due to the massive amounts of harassment and negligence on their part of accounts that were designated free at the time of signing up for this service. It’s against the law to hold photos ransom demanding money to retrieve them, when service is designated and stated as free.
