I paid for a digital download of the passport photo and I recieved an 11KB image that was unusable for the online visa application. I called the help line and was told that it was not a technical support line and that I should email and they would get back to me on Monday. The reason I am using an online service is because I need the photo immediately. I am so disappointed and won't use this service again.In response to the response, I did write an email and photogov sent me a photo download, and it was still only 11kb. I know the photo was higher quality than that because I went ahead and cropped it myself and the quality was fine.
