Bloody scam. I authorised a payment of 0.50 and they took 39.90 I wrote asking them to refund the money but they have not replied. This company should not be trusted.You can see by the damaging reviews that everyone feels the same and totally ripped off. Wouldn't it be great if your approach was different, and that people could enjoy your service knowing very well that people totally understood how the 50c offer worked. You have explained that it states clearly about the terms and conditions, but obviously its not clear by all the disgruntled reviews. In my case I was helping someone obtain a passport, and used your service to enhance her picture. She was already struggling to pay the €108 for the renewal, so I have ended up paying the €39.90 as she cannot afford it. It's a sad world we live in, not helped by companies like you who purposely know what you are doing. John Archer
