I'm in my 80's and still us photoshop and love it but computer crashed and lost serial number and trying to retrieve is like pulling teeth. I no longer use it for work purposes but don't really understand why Adobe has made there site so complicated and I can get on to my account and though I exist, nothing I've purchased of done with Adobe exists meant what? More money out of my pocket. Looks like I'll have to go to Topaz which is not what I really want to do. '
