I received the samples within about 10 days. However, the actual wallpaper did not resemble the samples and took 5 weeks to arrive. I ordered six different wallpapers along with installation tools but did not receive the tools at all. After waiting so long, I couldn't start my projects as planned without the tools. I had to wait two extra days to order them from another platform. When I contacted support about the missing items, they only reiterated that they hadn't arrived yet. It's frustrating when timing is essential in my line of work.
