First, the canvas was not of good quality. They accept to send me another one… but I had to pay again custom fees. The other one ( photo wall created the web link so I juste have to pay) was not the good size for the frame and I had to pay custom fees another time. I do not recommend.After the reply:that's not true, because I paid custom fees twice.I tick without the frame on the link that you provided me, because... only the canvas was to be replace, not the frame. The customer service did not tell me to select with frame... even if the new order was without a frame ! Ordering again a new canvas would have imply a third custom fees... the canvas will have then cost me twice the original price.
