PHR Eco exceeded our expectations and delivered a professionally designed bespoke system for our home. The system included a Bivalent ASHP linking to our oil boiler with solar and battery storage. We live in an old stone house with a slate roof. It was important to us that the install would not alter the character of our home, that the roof would be treated with care and that the result would keep us warm. Owen (Design Manager) and Ben (Team Manager) were extremely knowledgeable and led the installation team with high and exacting standards. The installation team were very competent and professional. Any queries we had were addressed, any changes to the install, at our request, were discussed and made without any fuss. We are delighted to say that we have substantially reduced both our electricity and oil costs. Our install was completed mid-August 2025 and since then we have been for most of the time 100% solar powered. Solar providing 24/7 hot water and meeting our electricity needs. We look forward to being warm this winter.
