I live in Kinmel bay.. When out and about I see these guys vans everywhere so when it came for me to need a new radiator in a room that has been turned into a bedroom a while ago from a living room that had no existing plumb work I knew I wanted to try these guys out... They are a Local family run business (like mine) so it was the obvious choice and I'm glad I did..From the Initial first point of contact the lady was extremely friendly and she arranged for a lad who was in the area to come out that evening.. We explained what we wanted and needed so it was a supply and fit job as quick as possible as my 7 and half month old baby had moved in to that room with me .. He had a look and they came back with a quote by the next day which was easy to accept or reject online...I accepted and within a few days after that the team arrived.. 3 I think and they were extremely professional friendly lovely easy going and hardworking and cleaned up after themselves it was on a whole a very positive experience from beginning to end and I will surely be recommending them to my large family.. (not so large) friends lol and clients and I hope they get a postive easy experience as me.Keep up the good work and I will sure be using you again in the future..a very happy and warm customer in her new bedroom 😊
