Product does not work at all. My daughter used it consistently for 6 months with zero improvement. Further, they refuse to send a password reset link and ignored my request to cancel and get logged in, resulting in having to pay for another $99 for their worthless and expensive product. Customer service is only via email so they can ignore whatever they want.
