If you live in Canada, expect the longest shipping delays. I was surprised to find out with my recent 2nd order with them from back in November,- that they still went ahead and used Canada Post, which was already on strike for two weeks when I ordered from their website, meaning this product is just sitting somewhere and BTW - it says it NEEDS to be refrigerated. So, the integrity of the probiotic has probably been compromised by now. I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order - I don't have high hopes.Does it work? It controlled my son's breakouts more than some other products did, but now we are using supplements to assist with his liver - you should research this. He hasn't had Phyla for almost a month, and we have him on Milk Thistle, Berberine, Probiotics and Zinc, and it's working wonders on his face! A problem area under his eye would not go even with Phyla but is 75% reduced with supplements. Start with the problem - it's always the gut and the liver health.
