In Every instance of trouble, They always pawn off your issues and throw you an FAQ with vaguely connected info thay doesnt always answer the specific question you've asked.They are also consistently sub-par with their connectivity and will constantly have stability issues with their servers. 6/7 nights the last week, weve experienced some sort of connectivity issue.Edit: I have resolved the issue and found an addon was updated which caused the issue. Though it is still very odd that the same configuration worked just fine on a Hexane development server but not physgun, why that is, is unknown to me. But seems like an issue. The restart question is still very real, every ticket we've submitted in regards to our community is met with being forwarded a FAQ that hardly answers our questions. As for connectivity, that is still a major issue. The server stuttering even with low player counts is still happening very frequently. It feels like we're paying through the nose for service that could be evenly matched by nearly any other major provider for better rates. So I've updated the review to reflect the response but still feel the service is not worth its premium cost.
