This is a really comprehensive diagnostic tool including multiple tests that can be done at home to check for symptoms associated with certain movements. This was much more thorough than the attempt at diagnosis I received at urgent care. I was given a neck X-ray (when I recounted 2 previous injuries to the shoulder) a week's worth of pain relief and muscle relaxers that didn't alleviate the pain and a referral to physical therapy, but no further tests or real diagnosis. Hopefully, with these results and potential causes, I can ask for more thorough imaging on the shoulder rather than the neck that obviously showed no skeletal structural issues. I originally thought it was a pinched nerve, but may be something in the connective tissues.
