I have had a back and hip problem for a number of years that never really got better. I had had various physio both private and NHS but they only treated the area currently giving me pain. After seeing Dissa, I was shown and given a full understanding of why I had pain. Exercises were fully explained, which worked as well as the in session treatment. I can't recommend Dissa and Physio 4 you enough.
